Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions for using WWKNOW managed infrastructure and related services. Order-specific written terms control where they apply to a service.

1. Introduction

Using a WWKNOW website, requesting service, accepting an order, or continuing to use an active service indicates that you will follow these policies and the written terms provided for that service. If a term is unclear, contact WWKNOW before relying on an assumption.

2. Services

WWKNOW provides managed infrastructure and related operational services described in the applicable order or service confirmation. The service scope, resources, dependencies, maintenance approach, and customer responsibilities are determined by that written record.

3. Account Management

Customers must provide accurate account information and keep the people authorized to request changes current. WWKNOW may ask for reasonable confirmation before making a material change to an account or environment.

3.1 Account Creation and Maintenance

An account is maintained for the customer and the services identified in the order. Changes to ownership, billing contacts, or authorized operators should be communicated through the existing support or contact route.

3.2 Account Security

Customers are responsible for protecting credentials, approving access carefully, and notifying WWKNOW when an account or operator may be compromised. WWKNOW may limit access while a security concern is investigated.

3.3 Age Requirement

A person accepting service terms must be legally able to enter the applicable agreement or must act for an organization that can do so.

4. Term and Renewal

The service term and renewal behavior are stated in the applicable order. A renewal does not expand the service scope or create a new commitment that was not included in the written service record.

5. Payments and Billing

Charges, billing cadence, taxes, and payment instructions are shown in the applicable order or invoice. Customers should review an invoice promptly and raise a billing question through the existing contact route.

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice or order. A disputed line should be identified promptly while undisputed amounts remain subject to the stated payment terms.

5.2 Automatic Billing

Automatic billing applies only when the customer has selected or accepted it in the applicable service flow. Customers remain responsible for keeping an authorized payment method current.

5.3 Late Payments

A late or failed payment may pause work, restrict changes, or place a service into review after reasonable notice. Any fee or grace period must appear in the applicable order or written billing notice.

5.4 Late Fee Schedule

No late-fee amount is created by this page. A late fee may apply only when it is expressly stated in the applicable written terms and permitted by law.

5.5 Fee Increases

A change to a recurring fee should be communicated through the applicable order, renewal notice, or written service communication before it takes effect.

5.6 Taxes

The customer is responsible for taxes that are properly applicable to the order unless the invoice or law states otherwise. WWKNOW does not represent a customer tax status on this page.

5.7 Early Termination

Early termination, credits, or remaining-term charges depend on the applicable order and the reason for termination. Contact WWKNOW before cancelling so service and data-handling steps can be reviewed.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests should be made through the existing contact route with enough information to identify the service. Eligibility for a refund or credit depends on the order, service type, timing, completed work, and any written offer.

6.1 How to Cancel

A cancellation is not complete until WWKNOW confirms the request and identifies any required shutdown, export, or billing step.

6.2 Dedicated Server Cancellations

Dedicated or reserved resources may require additional scheduling and may have different cancellation terms stated in the order.

6.3 Refund Eligibility

Any initial review or money-back offer applies only when it is expressly included in the current offer or order. The offer controls its period, eligible services, exclusions, and request process.

6.4 Refund Exclusions

Setup work, third-party charges, licenses, domains, completed professional services, and other listed exclusions may not be refundable when the applicable written terms say so.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy in this page is part of the service terms. Customers must use infrastructure lawfully, respect third-party rights, and avoid activity that creates an unreasonable risk to people, networks, systems, or other customers.

8. Customer Information

Customers must provide information reasonably needed to provision, secure, bill, support, and maintain a service. WWKNOW uses the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the applicable service relationship.

8.1 Accuracy of Information

Customer information should remain accurate and current. Material inaccuracies may delay provisioning or support until they are resolved.

8.2 Requests for Customer Information

WWKNOW may request reasonable information to investigate abuse, security, billing, or service-impacting events. Requests are handled with appropriate care and limited to the operational purpose.

9. Backups and Data

Customers remain responsible for maintaining a recovery plan appropriate to their data and workload. A backup or recovery service is available only when included in the order or confirmed in writing.

9.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers should verify important backups, keep copies appropriate to their obligations, and identify restoration priorities before an incident occurs.

9.2 Backup Services

Where WWKNOW provides backup services, retention, frequency, restoration scope, and dependencies are defined by the applicable service record. A backup service is not a promise that every file or application state can be restored.

10. Indemnification

A customer remains responsible for claims arising from its content, instructions, unlawful use, or breach of the applicable agreement, subject to the written terms and applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided according to the applicable order and operational practices. No statement on this page creates an absolute promise about uninterrupted availability, a particular outcome, or a workload outside the documented service scope.

12. Limitation of Liability

Any limitation or allocation of liability must be stated in the applicable written agreement and interpreted under applicable law. This page does not invent a legal cap, exclusion, or jurisdiction for WWKNOW.

13. Suspension and Termination

WWKNOW may restrict or suspend service when necessary to address a serious security, abuse, payment, legal, or operational risk, with communication and restoration steps appropriate to the situation.

13.1 Suspension of Service

A suspension should be limited to the affected risk where practical. Customers must cooperate with reasonable remediation steps before restoration.

13.2 Termination by Customer

A customer may request termination through the existing contact route and should complete export and access handoff steps before the agreed end date.

13.3 Termination by WWKNOW

WWKNOW may terminate a service for material breach, unresolved abuse, non-payment, legal requirement, or an operational condition described in the applicable written terms.

13.4 Insolvency and Business Closure

If a customer enters a formal insolvency or closure process that materially affects service obligations, the parties should coordinate access, data, and billing steps through the existing contact route.

14. Network Changes

Networks, facilities, providers, and technical dependencies may change as part of maintenance, capacity planning, security response, or service improvement. WWKNOW will communicate material customer-impacting work when practical.

15. Force Majeure

A party is not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, provided it takes practical steps to communicate, reduce impact, and resume the affected work.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

WWKNOW does not state a governing-law jurisdiction on this public page. Any governing-law or venue term must be verified by legal review and stated in the applicable written agreement.

17. Binding Arbitration

No arbitration requirement is created by this public page. Any dispute process must be reviewed and expressly stated in an applicable agreement before it is presented as binding.

17.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

An arbitration agreement is effective only when legally reviewed and expressly accepted in the applicable contract.

17.2 Rules and Procedures

Rules, venue, procedure, and costs must not be inferred from this page.

17.3 Costs and Fees

Any allocation of arbitration costs requires a reviewed contractual provision.

17.4 Class Action Waiver

No class-action waiver is stated by this public page.

17.5 Small Claims Exception

Any small-claims process must be determined by applicable law and reviewed contract language.

17.6 Opt-Out

No opt-out period or procedure is created until a reviewed arbitration clause exists.

18. Notices

Operational notices should use the contact details and communication channel identified in the order or current service relationship. Public questions can begin at `/page/contact-us` or [email protected].

19. Changes to This Agreement

WWKNOW may update public policy language as service practices or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate public or customer channel and should not silently alter a signed order.

20. Miscellaneous

The following principles help interpret the service relationship without creating unsupported legal identity terms.

20.1 Intellectual Property

Each party retains rights in its own content, marks, systems, and materials except where a written license says otherwise.

20.2 Independent Contractors

The service relationship does not by itself create a partnership, employment relationship, or authority to bind the other party.

20.3 Amendments

An amendment to an order or agreement should be recorded in writing by authorized representatives.

20.4 Waiver

A failure to enforce a term once does not automatically waive the right to address a later issue.

20.5 Severability

If a reviewed agreement term is unenforceable, the remaining terms should be interpreted to the extent permitted by law.

20.6 Survival

Terms that reasonably need to continue after service ends may continue according to the applicable agreement.

20.7 Assignment

Assignment of a service relationship should follow the applicable order and reasonable security verification.

20.8 Third-Party Beneficiaries

No third party receives rights under this public page unless a reviewed agreement expressly provides them.

20.9 Entire Agreement

The applicable order and reviewed written terms define the service relationship for the specific service.

21. Contact Us

3. How We Use Your Information

Information is used to respond to requests, provision and support services, process billing, maintain security, investigate incidents, communicate material service events, and improve operational delivery.

The appropriate basis for handling information depends on the interaction, the service relationship, consent where requested, and applicable law. WWKNOW does not claim a specific regulatory status on this page.

5.3 Business Transfers

If a material business or service transition occurs, information handling should remain subject to applicable agreements and reasonable notice.

The site may use necessary cookies and limited measurement or security technologies to maintain sessions, protect forms, understand page performance, and support the requested interaction.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the service relationship, security, billing, dispute handling, or applicable recordkeeping requirements.

10. Data Security

WWKNOW uses operational access controls, monitoring, maintenance, and reasonable security practices appropriate to the service. No internet or infrastructure system can be represented as risk-free.

Data Breach Notification

If WWKNOW confirms an incident requiring notice under applicable law or a written service obligation, it will follow the applicable communication and response process.

Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites’ own terms and privacy notices. WWKNOW does not adopt a third party’s policy by linking to it.

12. Children’s Privacy

WWKNOW services are intended for business and adult users. Do not submit information belonging to a child through a public contact or service form.

13. Changes to This Policy

This notice may be updated as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated line identifies the public version date.

14. Contact Us

Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected] or through `/page/contact-us`. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a first message.

Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy sets practical boundaries for lawful, secure, and responsible use of WWKNOW infrastructure. It applies alongside the service order and Terms of Service.

1. Offensive Content

Do not use WWKNOW services to distribute unlawful threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, material that creates a serious safety risk, or content that violates another person’s rights.

2. Prohibited Materials and Services

Do not host or operate services that facilitate fraud, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, trafficking, or other illegal activity.

3. Network Abuse

Scanning, flooding, spoofing, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized interception, or deliberate disruption of another system is prohibited.

4. Resource Usage

Customers must operate workloads within the resources and use case described in the order. Material abuse of shared dependencies or repeated resource exhaustion may require review.

5. Security

Customers must maintain reasonable security for applications, credentials, and systems they control, and must cooperate with urgent security response.

6. Email Sending Requirements

Email sent through an environment must comply with applicable law, recipient expectations, authentication practices, and the customer’s documented authorization.

Bulk Commercial Email Requirements

Bulk commercial mail must use an appropriate permission, identification, opt-out, and complaint-handling process.

Unsolicited Email

Unsolicited bulk mail, credential phishing, malware delivery, and reputation abuse are prohibited.

Customers must have the rights and permissions needed for material stored, transmitted, or published through a service.

8. Copyright Infringement Notice

A rights holder may send a sufficiently detailed notice through the existing contact route. WWKNOW may review, restrict, or preserve material as required by applicable law and the service relationship.

9. Professional Conduct

Customers and operators should communicate with WWKNOW staff and other service participants professionally. Threats, abusive conduct, and attempts to bypass reasonable support controls may be escalated.

10. IP Addresses

Network addresses are assigned or routed according to the applicable service. Customers must not represent an address as permanently owned or use it for activity outside the order.

11. Abuse Tickets

WWKNOW may contact the customer about a credible abuse or security report and may request a prompt remediation plan.

Examples of Violations and Actions

Possible actions include a warning, traffic restriction, temporary suspension, preservation of evidence, or termination when the risk is serious or unresolved. The response is considered in context.

12. Disclaimer

This policy provides operational boundaries, not a complete list of prohibited conduct. A customer remains responsible for complying with applicable law and the written service terms.

13. Contact Us

Questions about acceptable use or an abuse notice can be sent through `/page/contact-us` or [email protected].

Refund Policy

Refund and credit treatment depends on the service order, completed work, service type, and any written offer in effect when the service was purchased. This section does not create an automatic refund commitment.

1. Initial Review and Refund Eligibility

If a current WWKNOW offer identifies an initial review window, the offer controls the eligible services, request timing, exclusions, and approval process. Ask before purchase if the order does not state those terms clearly.

2. Refund Exclusions

Setup work, third-party charges, licenses, domains, completed professional services, usage already delivered, and other written exclusions may not be refundable.

3. Service Renewal

A renewal begins according to the order or billing notice. Cancellation after renewal does not automatically create a credit or refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payments and refunds are processed through the approved billing workflow associated with the order.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available to a customer are those displayed in the current WWKNOW checkout or invoice flow.

Automatic Billing

Automatic billing applies only when selected or accepted in the applicable service flow and may be cancelled through the documented billing process.

5. Late Payments

A late payment may pause work or place service into billing review. Any late charge must be stated in the applicable order or written billing notice.

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

Changes may alter billing, resources, and the next renewal amount.

Upgrades

An upgrade begins when the requested resources and price are confirmed. Completed upgrade work may be non-refundable when stated in the order.

Downgrades

A downgrade may require scheduling, data review, or a new billing period. Customers should confirm the effect on storage, performance, and backups before proceeding.

7. Cancellation

Submit cancellation through `/page/contact-us` with the service identifier and requested effective date. WWKNOW will confirm the operational and billing steps.

How to Cancel

A cancellation request should be acknowledged before a customer assumes that billing or service has stopped.

Dedicated and Reserved Service Cancellations

Reserved or dedicated resources may have order-specific notice or remaining-term conditions that must be reviewed before cancellation.

8. Billing Errors

If an invoice appears incorrect, identify the line and supporting details promptly. WWKNOW will review the record and correct an established error through the normal billing process.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Customers should contact WWKNOW before initiating a payment reversal so a billing issue can be investigated. A reversed payment may pause or restrict the associated service while it is reviewed.

10. Contact Us

Refund and billing questions can be sent to [email protected] or through `/page/contact-us`.

Service Level Agreement

WWKNOW evaluates availability, support response, maintenance, and incident follow-through in the context of the service order. A numeric service credit or guarantee applies only when expressly included in the applicable written terms.

1. Network Availability Objective

Network availability is monitored and reviewed as an operational service objective. Maintenance, upstream events, customer-directed changes, and excluded circumstances are considered when an incident is assessed.

2. Server Availability Objective

Server availability depends on the workload, configuration, maintenance plan, and service dependencies. Any measured target or credit is controlled by the applicable order rather than this public page.

3. Hardware Replacement and Escalation

When a hardware or infrastructure fault is confirmed, WWKNOW coordinates investigation, replacement, restoration, or escalation according to available resources and the service record. No universal replacement time is promised here.

4. Support Response and Ownership

Support requests are triaged by urgency, service scope, information available, and operational dependencies. An acknowledgement and a completed resolution are different events; neither has a universal time promise on this page.

5. How to Request a Service Review

A customer seeking review of an availability or support issue should provide the service identifier, time window, observed impact, and relevant ticket or monitoring information through `/page/contact-us`. Any credit is governed by the applicable written terms.

6. SLA Exclusions

Scheduled maintenance, customer-directed changes, misuse, unsupported software, third-party outages, force-majeure events, and conditions outside the documented service scope may be excluded from a service review.

7. Contact Us

Service-level questions and incident follow-up can be sent to [email protected] or through `/page/contact-us`.
